I do apologize for the delay , but we do not officially support windows as a platform and I do not believe there are any changes we can make in order to resolve this bug, we simply install the package provided by upstream in a Docker container. If I recall correctly issue tracker is for reporting issues.. Discord is mainly for the support - no way other people would be able to track down the solution.
